Legal Intern

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and coordinate the Integrity Screening tool, ensuring all third parties are onboarded, accessible and up to date.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts across various functions.
• Work with legal and business teams to ensure third parties comply with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
• Act as a business partner between Legal and other business units, fostering effective communication and alignment on legal matters.
• Identify opportunities to streamline legal processes, reduce risks and enhance efficiency through creative legal solutions.
• Analyze laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide recommendations and insights that mitigate legal risks and promote compliance
• Maintain accurate and organized legal documentation
• Provide legal support and assistance to the legal team as needed, including preparing legal documents, presentations, and reports.

What are we looking for?

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• At least one year of experience in a Company or Legal Firm as well as Internship Legal Programmes. (desirable)
• Strong analytical, research and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic business environment
• Understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and company secretarial
• Proactive and willing to have continuous development. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and be able to work with tight deadlines
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, DocuSign (desirable)
• Fluent English: written and speaking. (Advanced, is a must)
