Our Finance Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional commercial skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT Finance departments of Corporate and Commercial Finance (Marketing Investment and Pricing & Excise) work together to achieve outstanding business results, managing the delivery of consistent profit growth to the Group's shareholders.

Essential Requirements:
- have an university degree or equivalent ((Finance/ Business Administration or similar)
- max 3 years of relevant work and/or internship experiences
- have strong analytical skills
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office pack- especially Excel and Power Point
- knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage
- possess strong intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background
- are internationally mobile
- have positive and constructive attitudeare driven and ambitious
- are an inspiring and engaging individual
- speak Romanian and English fluently
- have a valid driving license
