As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with all pillars by taking ownership in various projects and activate exciting initiatives to help build the best place to work. You will be a trusted partner for all employees and managers by delivering business focused HR support.

• Collaborate with the Nordics and Western Europe HR team to implement new projects and initiatives aligned with our strategic focus.
• Drive and coordinate Talent and Reward processes such as talent review, succession planning, performance management, recruitment, retention, salary review and compensation.
• Facilitate HR trainings and workshops for employees in an engaging and relevant manner.
• Contribute to overall employee engagement such as culture surveys, communication, social and celebratory events.
• Mentor and advise Country Managers, managers and employees while providing right level of HR guidance and expertise.
• Ensure all governance requirements are met and global & regional tools and systems are optimally used while local solutions are in place when required.
• Act as a BAT brand ambassador at career events to attract talents and educate our business transformation.
• Travel expected on a quarterly basis to visit Nordic offices and National Sales Meetings. Additional travel is limited but may be required according to business needs.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to engage and work in partnership with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Broad understanding and experience within HR
• Ability to learn quickly, proactively seek opportunities and optimize processes.
• Business acumen and an ability to balance the advice given, so they are pragmatic and business relevant while at the same time adhering to HR governance and practice.
• Motivated to create the best place to work by living our values and building our culture.
• Strong business and people leadership skills and high personal integrity.
• Ability to work independently as well as being a team-player

BENEFICIAL

• Fluency in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish.
• Experience from working with the Nordic markets and knowledge of labor laws are considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
• LinkedIn Talent Insights and LinkedIn Recruiter experience may be an advantage.
• Digital, Data & Analytical capabilities are considered an advantage.
