This role supports the Campaign Planning Manager by adapting and deploying NC campaign toolkits, consumer journeys, and campaign materials to fit local market needs. Working closely with the marketing deployment team, it ensures campaigns deliver an exceptional consumer experience through impactful and engaging brand activations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Adapt NC campaign plans and deliverables to align with local market needs and requirements.
• Coordinate campaign execution with the Campaign Planning Manager, focusing on touchpoints, terminal activations, and POSM adjustments.
• Collaborate with the Consumer Experience Team to implement campaign toolkits and resources effectively.
• Develop seamless consumer journeys for each market, enhancing engagement and experience.
• Communicate with Category, CX, and Trade teams to ensure alignment with the FY campaign plan.
• Gather market insights and feedback to inform adjustments and improvements to NC campaigns.
• Track and monitor campaign progress against objectives, ensuring alignment with SLAs and company goals.
• Prepare briefs for internal teams and agencies to facilitate clear, impactful campaign execution.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•  Proven experience in marketing, trade marketing, or related fields.
• Creative brand management and experience managing agency relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with global stakeholders across geographies and time zones.
• Written and spoken fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in tracking and measuring campaign performance for continuous improvement.
