This is an 18-month accelerated development program designed to prepare high-potential recent graduates and young professionals for a management career! This programme aims to raise the future leaders of BAT Operations!
Through this program, you will gain a deep understanding of the market dynamics in which you operate and learn how key Operations functions - Manufacturing, Logistics and Quality—collaborate to drive exceptional business results.

Essential Requirements:
- You are looking for an international career in Operations;
- You have a university degree or equivalent (Economics/Management/Marketing/Supply Chain/Quality/Engineering/Technical background or similar);
- A maximum of 3 years of relevant work and/or internship experiences;
- You are driven, ambitious and have positive and constructive attitude;
- You have strong analytical skills;
- You speak English fluently and are internationally mobile;
- You have a valid driving license.
