ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a junior B2B Trade Support to join our Business Development Team for BAT. This role will serve as the back-office function to the trade marketing function. The role’s main responsibility will be to support day-to-day operations with purchase order creation, reporting, data analysis, and customer management. Fresh graduates with the right skills sets are more than welcomed.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Compiling and calculating the amount of incentives for each account based on the promotion and fixture installation compliance
- Creating reports that indicates account performance by using internal systems
- Supporting team administrations such as budgets, POs, external stakeholder management, records management
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's Degree from any relevant disciplinary (Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics)
- Could be fresh graduate or around one year experience in back-office function (to support trade in planning)
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power-Point)
- Attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the quality of work delivered
- Basic analytical skills: ability to collect information and to thoroughly analyse it for making reasonable conclusions
- Reporting knowledge & skill: able to work with dataset and report simplification
- English is a must
