BAT Poland is looking for an Omnichannel Platform Analyst
ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented Platform Analyst to join our dynamic Global Business Solutions function – Consumer Experience Digital Operations team to work closely with the Area Digital & Omnichannel function.
The Platform Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources (websites, eRetailer/ marketplaces, social media, brand ambassador tools, own retail tools, etc.) to build effective data models and generate insightful reports according to internal team requests. This role plays a crucial role in extracting valuable insights and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Utilizing their analytical skills and technical expertise, they will build comprehensive models that integrate data from multiple sources and efficient reporting, they will assist in enabling stakeholders across the organization to make informed decisions based on a clear understanding of KPIs and emerging trends.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
OMNICHANNEL PLATFORM PERFORMANCE & ANALYTICS
- Monitor Omnichannel Platform performance metrics to uncover trends and dissect insights. Identify areas for improvement, make actionable recommendations and implement the solutions to enhance performance towards business goals.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and build comprehensive data models that integrate data from multiple sources to support efficient reporting.
- Maintain and update data models as needed to reflect changes in business needs and data structure.
- Develop and deliver insightful reports, communicating findings and trends clearly and concisely.
- Utilize data visualization tools to create interactive dashboards and reports that facilitate data comprehension and decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior stakeholders on Omnichannel Platform performances, user experience, and strategic initiatives.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Experience Required
- Proven experiences in Marketing/ Digital Analytics/ Insights.
- Solid understanding of data analysis principles and methodologies. Experience in building data models and generating reports is essential.
- Certifications in relevant data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Adobe Analytics) may be considered a plus.
- Comfortable with digital performance data; can present data, communicate insights and recommendations in a simplified manner that is easily understood by stakeholders outside of Digital team. Actively championing continuous improvement through test-and-learn and data-informed decision making.
Technical / Functional Skills Required
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficient and hands-on experience in Digital & eCommerce Performance tools such as Adobe suites, Google Marketing Platform, Google Search Console, Power BI, Snowflake etc.
- Strong data manipulation and transformation skills. Excellent data visualization skills and experience with data visualization tools.
- A proactive approach to understanding data needs and suggesting data-driven solutions.
- Critical & innovative thinker, and problem solver. When in face with challenges, proactively comes with alternative solutions to overcome issues/ problems.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- University degree. Preferably, major in data science, business analytics, or a related field.
