ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The aim of this role will be to ensure the appropriate quality of BAT brands communication materials in point of sales. Moreover, the valuable objective is to guarantee the expected level of education about our brands. Creativity and out of the box thinking is a must to make our products visible & attractive for consumers. The key duties include execution the activation plans for current year as well support in developing activation plan for next year.

Reports to: Offline Touchpoints Manager

Geographic Scope: Global

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Developing in cooperation with creative agencies: multicategory marketing materials, equipment for points of sales such as backwalls or semi-permanent materials, HoReCa materials and event zones
• Preparing recommendations for market solutions in terms of product visibility and consumer activation to ensure business metrics
• Obtaining necessary approvals from various stakeholders, including the Category Team, Campaign Team, Procurement Team, Legal & Tax Department
• Overseeing the production and distribution process to ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials
• Creating and managing tenders
• Close cooperation with trade & activation team active communication participation in project groups meetings
• Execution of the activation plan for the current year and support in the preparation of the activation plan for the next year
• Managing budgets effectively to support activation initiatives.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Experience in project management or coordination within an international setting
• Strong English and Polish language skills, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease
